Referral Communications Coordinator

|Description:||This individual provides professional support services for the Marketing and Intake Departments by maintaining positive relationships with all referral sources both locally and nationally. |
|Duties:||Acts as a liaison to facilitate communications between internal Sante staff and outside referral sources as designated by the referral source.|
Obtains required consent from patients to facilitate communication.
Completes satisfaction surveys with referral sources following patient discharge.
Provides administrative support for professional events.
Updates database on both Alumni and outside professionals for marketing purposes.
|Qualifications:||QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:|
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelorís degree in business, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred.
2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, preferably in the mental health field.
Proficient computer skills including data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and Outlook.
Exceptional organizational skills required.
